After six years as a Sales Manager for Prudential Insurance, Jim, along with his brother David, founded Berwick Insurance in 1997. Berwick Insurance is a first-generation company specializing in health care insurance sales. Humble roots combined with hard work and the attitude that “There’s always more we can do” has propelled Berwick Insurance to be one of the nation’s most reputable insurance brokers.

In 1994, David joined forces with his brother in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry. David quickly became a Million Dollar Round Table “Top of the Table” producer. Three years later, Berwick Insurance opened its doors and is still growing today. David says, “we offer our agents a unique perspective because we have been producers ourselves.” This experience is the backbone of our sales training programs and one of the reasons our agents are so successful!
